These terms apply to Vigilia at vigilia.ink.
2. What the service does
Vigilia is a compliance analysis tool. It analyses rule sets you provide and computes structural findings including redundancies, dependencies, gaps, and risk paths.
Vigilia is not legal advice. It is not a substitute for qualified legal counsel, licensed customs brokers, or certified compliance professionals. Findings are structural analysis of the rules you provide — they do not constitute regulatory guidance, legal opinions, or compliance certifications.
3. Your account
- You must provide an accurate email address and a secure password.
- You are responsible for your account security.
- One account per person. No shared accounts.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Free and paid tiers
- Free tier: limited analyses per month, limited rules, no PDF export.
- Pro tier: billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
- Prices are shown on the pricing page at time of purchase.
- You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
- We may change prices with 30 days notice.
5. Your data
- You own your data. We do not claim ownership of rules, analyses, or reports you create.
- We store your data to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy.
- You can delete your account and all associated data by emailing cornelius@ianura.com.
- We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except as needed to provide the service (Stripe for payments, hosting provider for infrastructure).
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for illegal purposes.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the analysis engine.
- Do not upload malicious content.
- Do not abuse the API or attempt to circumvent rate limits.
- Do not resell access without written agreement.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of analysis findings. Structural analysis depends on the rules you provide — incomplete or inaccurate rules produce incomplete or inaccurate findings.
We are not liable for business decisions made based on findings.
Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
